This mix thrives in a variety of conditions and contains Root-Building Nutrition which is a combination of ingredients expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf for a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Designed for full sun and dense shade with medium drought resistance with medium to high durability, it can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. Apply in the spring or fall when the daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit or air temperatures are between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit for best results. Water daily or as needed to keep soil surface moist until the seedlings have reached at least 2 inches tall.
